We accept orders only on the foundation that you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions that we as a company offer.

Delivery

Allmost all the orders are sent off the very next working day if acknowledged before 1PM UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). We are closed on sunday so if you have placed an order on Sunday; you will be responded on Monday and your order will be dispatched on Tuesday. If the order is placed on Saturday it will be shipped on Monday. Orders are shipped by DHL/TNT courier services and are delivered withen a week or so and in some cases within three days.

Delay in shipping

Delays due to custom are not in our control. Such delayes may be caused due to unexpected custom authorization or some other dilemmas may be. Such delays will only be warned if delivery is deferred for over one week. If in cases you receive inaccurate commodities, we will reship the entire merchandise.

Refund

We do offer money back guarantee. You have an absolute right for refund if you are not satisfied with our product. Refunds with us are very easy, you can only write an email for the refund and there is no need to return the empty bottles. WE WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.
